Stelara IV

*Induction dose: A single IV infusion using a weight-based dosage regimen: STELARA ® 260 mg (weight ≤55 kg), STELARA ® 390 mg (weight >55 kg to 85 kg), STELARA ® 520 mg (weight >85 kg). Maintenance dose: A subQ 90-mg dose administered every 8 weeks after the induction dose to be coordinated through your referring physician.
